The CARDETO Quality System

CARDETO Wines consider the quality of products and services a strategic choice for the consolidation and development of the market.

For this purpose, it was necessary to realize an adequate Quality System and, at the same time, a process aiming at constantly improving the System thanks to everyone's collaboration.

In particular, the Direction has defined the pivots of Cardeto Wines policy for quality as follows:

Betting on the quality of productsso that they can meet the needs and the clients' expectations and abide by the existing rules, mainly in terms of hygiene safety (according to HACCP rules).

Continuously improving the control of business processes, both in terms of efficacy and efficiency.

Pursuing the improvement of the "business climate" and of people's participation through the development of their self-control and sense of prevention.

Create and reinforce collaborations with suppliers.

From this perspective CARDETO Wines have carried out the following projects that today testify their quality level.

November 1997 – ISO 9002/94 certification from DNV

August 2000 – FOUNDATION LEVEL acknowledgment from CMI

November 2000 – passing of the DNV surveillance visit

January 2000/December 2000 – Integration of hygiene self monitoring and work safetyinside the Quality System

August 2001 – HIGHER LEVEL acknowledgement from CMI

January 2002 – start of the adaptation process to the ISO 9001/2000 standard
